This is a very interesting sound to make. Luckely i knew exactly how to make this sound. I used leather jacket. I twisted the jacket back and forth moving it in front of the mic. Some recordings meant to work as the flapping of bat wings. To record this, i just used a plant with slightly leathery/plastic-sounding leaves and shook it a few times in front of a mic. Simple but effective!.
